Who we are.

Tytan African Resources is a private, founder-owned Canadian oil and gas company with a single mission: to develop world-class hydrocarbon assets in Africa, and to take them from proven reserves through to sustainable production.

The team has done this before. In southern Chad, three production-sharing contracts were grown to 30,000 bopd and sold to Glencore for $1.3 billion. Today the focus is the Doseo Basin in southern Chad — one of the continent's least-drilled, highest-prospectivity onshore plays — anchored by the Doseo Block and its five proven fields.
