OPPORTUNITY

Tytan offers investors a rare opportunity to participate in the next generation of West African energy growth. The company’s flagship CD-4 Block and Capitaine Field in Gabon’s North Basin provide a foundation of discovered oil, shallow-water accessibility, and extensive 3D seismic coverage, positioning Tytan for near-term production and significant exploration upside.

Insight Meets Opportunity

Beneath the calm waters of Gabon’s Atlantic margin lies a vast potential. Through precision and expertise, Tytan African Resources is charting the path to sustainable energy growth.

Tytan’s Vision

Through its work in Africa, Tytan African Resources is not only reawakening discovered fields but also opening new chapters in the country’s energy story. The company’s focus on data-driven exploration, cost-efficient drilling, and sustainable development positions it as a leader among the next generation of independent producers operating in Africa.

Tytan’s continued interpretation of seismic data and exploration planning will guide future drilling programs  targeting new reservoirs, expanding resource potential, and contributing to Africa’s long-term energy independence.

The Gabon Basin is one of West Africa’s most prolific and stable hydrocarbon regions — a basin with decades of production history and a proven foundation for future growth. Located along the Atlantic margin, Gabon’s sedimentary basins have yielded multiple billion-barrel discoveries since the 1960s, underpinned by world-class geology, a favorable business environment, and established oil infrastructure.

Tytan African Resources has positioned itself at the heart of this opportunity through its exploration and development activities within the North Gabon Basin, home to the company’s flagship CD-4 Block and Capitaine Field.

The CD-4 Block, covering approximately 480,000 acres of shallow-water acreage, represents one of the most compelling exploration and redevelopment opportunities in the region. Historic drilling results have already proven the presence of hydrocarbons — with two previous offshore wells, Cap Lopez Pingouin-1 and Assala Marine-1ST, each testing over 1,600 barrels of oil per day of medium-grade (23° API) crude.

Building on these proven results, Tytan is leveraging more than 2,000 km² of 3D seismic data to map additional leads and prospects throughout the block. Early seismic interpretation has identified up to 10 new structural and stratigraphic targets, representing a significant opportunity to expand reserves and increase production from both discovered and undrilled formations.

Tytan’s technical team, led by decades of combined exploration experience, is conducting a detailed reinterpretation of historical seismic surveys. This work is focused on refining subsurface models, delineating reservoir continuity, and identifying new drill-ready locations in and around the Capitaine Field and Kambelou prospect.

The Kambelou structure, situated roughly 30 kilometers southwest of Port Gentil in 38 meters of water, exhibits strong seismic closure across the Clairette and Anguille formations with an estimated 48 million barrels of prospective resources. These formations mirror productive trends seen in other nearby producing fields, reinforcing the area’s potential for commercial development.

By integrating modern seismic reprocessing with legacy well data, Tytan aims to accelerate low-risk, high-reward exploration, ensuring that each drilling phase maximizes return on capital while minimizing operational uncertainty.
